Your qualifications

  • Students must be enrolled in an academic programme recognised by the state during their internship (Bachelor or Master)
  • Minimum of two successfully completed semesters of undergraduate studies
  • Practical experience in a Human Resources department would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of concepts and methods of personnel and organizational development is an advantage
  • Commitment, flexibility and strong communication skills
  • Independent working method and organisation skills
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • A competent handling of MS-Office applications
  • Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Participation in strategic and operative talent management projects (e.g. conception, organization and evaluation of assessment days, trainings, mentoring)
  • Planning and implementation of development measures for the Talent Programmes of Deutsche Börse Group
  • Correspondence with colleagues worldwide, in German and English
  • Support in daily business tasks, preparation of presentations as well as organization of meetings and other appointments
  • Support of our talent sourcing team through the assumption of recruiting tasks
  • Collaboration with global HR teams
  • Various HR relevant literature and internet researchings
