We are mandated to identify a very technically capable Junior Consolidation Specialist who will work closely with a team of Consolidation experts in the implementation of group reporting and consolidation function.

ROLE SUMMARY :
Prepare consolidation of the Group including balance sheet, statement of profit or loss and other comprehensive income, statement of changes in equity and cash flow all as per IFRS
Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and footnotes for the fillings required by public financial markets
Analyse financial results and provide explanations and documentation for unusual or unexpected variances
Support on internal SOX documentation
Close collaboration with local finance teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of Group Reporting within the Groups reporting deadlines
Oversee the elimination of inter-company transactions

ROLE REQUIREMENTS :
Up to years of experience gained in a similar position within a commercial or industrial organization
Preferable : holder of a professional qualification / part-qual
Good knowledge of IFRS and experience in supporting subsidiaries with IFRS application
Ideally experience with Consolidation Software and listed entities requirements will be considered an advantage
Local language skills are a welcome, however English in all forms to an obvious level of fluency is essential.
