Our client, based in Luxembourg, has nearly 20 years of experience in electronic and physical security solutions and is looking for a Service Coordinator in security equipment installations.
Main tasks :
You are the link between the customers, the finance department and the technicians
You are in charge of the management of intervention schedules
You receive calls
You take care of offers and certain contracts
You coordinate the various departments of the company
You evaluate the results of the actions and services implemented (reporting role)
You are multi-skilled
You have at least 3 years of significant experience in customer service.
You are fluent in English. Any other language is an asset.
You are familiar with the Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
