Our client based in Windhof (Luxembourg) has almost 20 years of experience in electronic and physical security solutions and is looking for a Management Controller whose main tasks will be to support its development :

Mission

  • Ensures all general accounting operations related to the collection of turnover.
  • Prepares and transmits to the trustee all accounting data necessary for the preparation of monthly declarations and the closing of accounts.
  • Encodes and invoices the orders carried out.
  • Controls, records and accounts for all supplier invoices.
  • Carries out the daily accounting entries.
  • Takes charge of all tasks related to cash management and monitoring.
  • Manages the accounting operations of discounts, rebates and rebates (customers and suppliers)
  • Ensures monthly, quarterly and annual closings according to the set deadlines.
  • Carries out accounting adjustments (OD) - monthly.
  • Manages accounting and administratively the requests and disputes of suppliers and customers.
  • Prepares all the data necessary for the preparation of VAT declarations (e-VAT, ...) by the fiduciary.
  • Establishes the provisions (prepaid expenses, invoices to be received and edited - retentions).
  • Establishes and presents monthly, quarterly and annual reporting statements to the Management and the Group.
  • Establishes and manages the follow-up of all types of documents related to accounting.
  • Implements and improves procedures for managing and optimising the flow of financial information. (Forms, tables, procedures)
  • Carries out economic and financial studies.
  • Obtains and collects any information likely to affect the company's results in order to translate it into financial elements.
  • Monthly analysis of the company's performance through the study of variances in results in relation to budgets and objectives.
  • Supervises and controls the accounting closures.
  • Determines areas for optimization and helps operational managers to make savings, anticipate deviations and take corrective action.
  • Profil

  • You are a graduate (min. BAC+3) with excellent accounting knowledge (min. 8 years experience required),
  • You have a perfect command of the BOB50 accounting software (imperative),
  • You know how to draw up a budget, and master the office automation tools essential to your activity : spreadsheet, database, Multiline, etc.
  • You have excellent organisational skills,
  • You are active, autonomous, able to show initiative and make decisions,
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills, have already managed a small team and know how to communicate your positive energy,
  • You master the analysis and processing of accounting and financial information,
  • You are fluent in English and at least one second language (German or French),
