Here's your chance to join our Training & Certification team working in the highly visible role of ATP (AWS Training Partner) Partner Development Manager.
Training Partners deliver strategic services to our customers enabling them to understand the value of the AWS’ Cloud Computing Platform and to have more successful cloud journeys.
The right candidate for this role will identify, together with the team of Partner Managers, the key countries to focus on in which to build and manage a network of partners.
You will possess the ability to identify new ATP’s and enable them to have a fast onboarding within the ATP program. Jointly created and executed strategic business development programs will create Cloud awareness and appreciation of AWS’ platform services.
This role will be pivotal in driving training in Emerging countries through Training Partners.
Develop programs and processes to enable faster ramp up of new partners
Focus on enabling new partners to position, sell and deliver training events
Recruit, onboard and manage partners in Emerging countries without current ATP presence
Offboard non-performing partners
Manage the smaller ATP’s throughout EMEA
Align with regional and country stakeholders to identify the highest priority countries to focus on
Work closely together with the Partner Managers to optimize the coverage of all partners
Preferred locations : Luxembourg, Berlin or Dubai. Alternative locations in EMEA can be considered
Minimum of four (4) years of experience in recruiting, developing and / or managing Partners who sell and deliver services
Experience in Partner or Channel training / enablement
Able to consistently exceed quota and key performance metrics
Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company
Understand cloud technologies and distributed computing at a high level and relate back to curriculum
Bias for action : ability to act fast, initiate new programs and obtain management buy-in and support
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively work in a highly ambiguous environment and within cross-functional teams across the organization
Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment
Network builder with partner representatives as well as regional stakeholders
Ability to travel regularly and sometimes at short notice (No more than 25% of the time)
Experience in training or organizational coaching
Experience with learning modalities like virtual and blended learning
Sales background with additional Technical knowledge in the field of computer science
Experience with and knowledge of AWS’ certification training portfolio
