Field of activity

As a member of the Asset Servicing department, you will support Clearstream IT with all process & procedure and controls definitions and reviews.

Additionally, you will be a contact person for Audit(s), IT security and provide project support. The emphasis will be on maintaining, enhancing and verifying adherence of Clearstream IT processes & procedures.

Tasks / responsibilities

  • Maintaining, development and review of Clearstream IT processes and procedures.
  • Participate in projects with an emphasis on process definition and IT security.
  • Create process documents for different Clearstream IT activities in line with enhancement requirements of the current services.
  • Assist in the closure of Audit finding.
  • Actively work with the various teams / Clearstream Products on development, customizing and or problem / incident resolutions

    • Qualifications / required skills

  • Holder of a university degree in IT or related
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience within an IT company, a Consultancy company or a Financial Institution
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and COBIT framework
  • Proven expertise in using a project management method like SUMMIT or SCRUM
  • Good communications skills, own initiatives, able to work independently and excellent analytical skills round of your profile
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English. French and / or German is an advantage

    • Dedication, team and communication skills, flexibility as well as competent handling of MS Office applications round out your profile.
