Position Summary You will be acting as a link between our clients and our local outside counsels; You will be assisting our international clients in solving pending issues regarding the maintenance of their trademark portfolios;
including the processing of daily correspondence (email, mail & phone calls) in English, German and French; You will work closely with the various specialized departments within the Dennemeyer Group;
You will need to track deadlines and prioritize tasks autonomously; You will have to administrate data in our in-house IP database;
After an intensive training you will be assigned a dedicated part of world-wide jurisdictions for which orders have to be dispatched, with regular follow-ups on pending matters.
Qualifications A degree in the administrative field; working experience would be considered as an asset; Strong written and oral communication skills in English, German and French;
Good command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Critical mind-set and eagerness to learn; Precise and autonomous way of working;
Ability to manage multiple priorities and track deadlines; Excellent organizational skills; Proactive, team player and able to work productively under pressure.
