Your field of responsibility

Managing the Client Administration and Online Banking team (10 people), which offers a central support to our Relationship Managers located in Luxembourg and our branches in France, Portugal, the Netherlands and Ireland.

The team handles all kind of account lifecycle requests (openings, closings and updates), including the set-up and maintenance of all parameters related to private banking and fund accounts in the back-end systems and digitalization of client documentation.

The team is as well pivotal in ensuring client data quality and reconciliation across various systems.

Play a key role in driving process improvement initiatives as well as ad-hoc projects in close coordination with the Department Head and other functions.

Your skills and experience

We are looking for a motivated individual to strengthen our team, which acts as a center of excellence in the account lifecycle management towards our front units.

Besides a minimum of 5 year work experience in the Financial Services industry, you :

  • have experience with team management
  • have experience in project management
  • have a good understanding of banking processes
  • have proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a high velocity environment
  • are solution oriented, pro-active, enthusiastic and able to prioritize effectively
  • are flexible, dedicated and have a strong sense of ownership
  • are service and customer oriented, paired with a high degree of reliability
  • present excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • have good knowledge of MS office tools (Outlook, Excel etc.)
  • are fluent, both written and spoken in English; French and / or German would be a considerable asset
