Job based in LuxembourgThe Sr Manager, Supplier Relationship and Development - EU Procurement role will define and implement the supplier management and Risk & Compliance strategy in a rapidly growing and complex environment in Europe.
The candidate will apply knowledge of operations and controls to a diverse set of risk areas including compliance, process, technology, legal, finance, audits, supplier and program management.
In this role, the candidate will partner with the EU Ops Procurement team and various teams including legal, finance, WW Sustainability and Social Responsibility, WW Health & Safety, Public Relations, Communication, Risk & Prevention and compliance teams to design and execute risk assessment programs for the suppliers in Europe including governance programs, evaluate policies and develop overall audits strategy for EU Ops Procurement.
Identify and assess regulatory and compliance risks related to EU Ops procurement and across EU Ops supply base
Deliver supplier management, risk and compliance programs and strategy including suppliers audits on Sustainability, Safety and Supplier Code of Conduct, generate remediation plans, deep dives and root cause fix action plans.
Drive cross-functional assessments of risks and controls to align to company strategy and link to supplier performance.
Design and deliver compliance programs including defining supplier audit criteria, audit cadence, and risk rankings and take appropriate operations excellence actions for risk mitigation.
Partner WW sustainability and WW H&S teams to design risk-based audit programs
Develop a working knowledge of the operational processes and controls in place that support all compliance programs.
Assist with linking policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls, monitoring, and reporting with the goal of improving operations, compliance policies, supplier performance and risk management
Collaborate with project teams in developing business requirements and business controls in implementation plans
Drive process improvement and control implementation projects
Drive documentation of processes, risks, and controls and work with owners to assign accountability
Deliver quality risk reports that are effectively written with practical, actionable, and value-added recommendations
Willing to travel up to 40% of working time.Your Profile# Bachelor’s Degree
Extensive experience in Procurement Risk, Audit, Compliance, Internal Control and Legal experience.
Experience in auditing suppliers
Experience leading cross-functional large teams and programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must : Fluency in English, and a second language (either French, German, Spanish or Italian) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications# MBA degree (or equivalent experience)
Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Demonstrated track record of managing through influence
Exceptional analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings
Proven Procurement / Supply Chain industry experience, preferably in a similar role
Understanding of basic data analytical skills and tools such as Tableau, SQL (intermediate to advanced) is recommended
