Responsibilities :

Distribution Oversight :

Performing initial and ongoing due diligence on third party distributors and report results to internal stakeholders

Monitoring of marketing activities in BEFM’s new branch network

Conducting ongoing monitoring of distributors. including review of KPIs

Providing fund legal documentation and marketing material to prospects and / or investors

Coordinating with legal counsel and internal stakeholders the review of the distribution agreements

Assisting with onboarding new investors and fund opening and closing process

Overseeing fund registration process with assistance of external parties

Overseeing European websites for Blackstone retail products

Investor Relations :

Attend meetings with European clients as required in conjunction with product specialists

Coordinating and overseeing the organization of meetings and the preparation and distribution of marketing materials with US and UK Sales and Marketing teams

Actively contributing to pre-marketing activities, ad hoc business development initiatives and strategic projects

Becoming an expert on European products and investments across all business units and serve as a contact person for the team in Luxembourg

Maintaining records of investor meetings and logging of materials distributed to investors

Experience :

Between 5-8 years of experience in fund distribution / legal / compliance / client onboarding or transaction services in the asset management industry.

Fluent in English and proficiency in either German / Italian / Spanish or French

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Excellent report writing skills, including advanced Word and PowerPoint skills

Ability to learn quickly and work independently

Some business travel activity will be required
