Responsibilities :

Distribution Oversight :

  • Performing initial and ongoing due diligence on third party distributors and report results to internal stakeholders
  • Monitoring of marketing activities in BEFM’s new branch network
  • Conducting ongoing monitoring of distributors. including review of KPIs
  • Providing fund legal documentation and marketing material to prospects and / or investors
  • Coordinating with legal counsel and internal stakeholders the review of the distribution agreements
  • Assisting with onboarding new investors and fund opening and closing process
  • Overseeing fund registration process with assistance of external parties
  • Overseeing European websites for Blackstone retail products
  • Investor Relations :

  • Attend meetings with European clients as required in conjunction with product specialists
  • Coordinating and overseeing the organization of meetings and the preparation and distribution of marketing materials with US and UK Sales and Marketing teams
  • Actively contributing to pre-marketing activities, ad hoc business development initiatives and strategic projects
  • Becoming an expert on European products and investments across all business units and serve as a contact person for the team in Luxembourg
  • Maintaining records of investor meetings and logging of materials distributed to investors
  • Experience :

    Between 5-8 years of experience in fund distribution / legal / compliance / client onboarding or transaction services in the asset management industry.

  • Fluent in English and proficiency in either German / Italian / Spanish or French
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Excellent report writing skills, including advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently
  • Some business travel activity will be required
