Your job as IT Helpdesk Level 2 :
You will be part of an international company, gathering hundreds of thousands of employees. More precisely, you will join the internal IT department in order to provide help and support to the internal stakeholders of the company, thanks to on point dedicated tools.
Aiming for quality services and being a problem solver will be key to perform in your job. Here are some of your future responsibilities :
You will resolve all technical issues by centralising, analysing and documenting them.
You will provide day to day remote support to the company's internal customers regarding Active Directory, emails, laptops, servers and firewalls
You will solve software and hardware issues
You will create and keep up to date procedures and documentation
You will handle Microsoft infrastructure components such as : Active Directory, ADFS, GPO, DNS
You will manage network and users permissions
You will monitor systems to improve their network performance
You will develop a deployment strategy for servers and desktops using the appropriate tools
You will nourish your knowledge of network and security best practices to provide the best solutions for the business systems
Required skills for this IT Helpdesk Level 2 role :
You have at least a Bachelor in Computer Sciences
You have at least 1 year of experience working in a 2nd level support team.
You are used to working with Active Directory
You have experience In managing Microsoft Windows Server , NTFS permissions and PowerShell scripting
You have excellent analytical and communication skills
You are a customer-centric and team-player person
You are fluent in French and English (both mandatory)
