Responsibilities and duties :
Implement the Marketing & Communication strategy including digital marketing, print, events planning, media, press, and other related activities
Assist the Head of department in the definition and execution of EFA's communication and marketing plans
Partner closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, CRMs, Client Support and others on messaging strategy, content development, campaign execution and reporting
Manage content marketing campaigns from ideation through completion
Manage client events
Assist the sales team in the preparation of sales campaigns and service offerings
Your profile :
Master's degree in media / marketing / communications or equivalent
5+ years marketing / communications experience
Excellent communication abilities and strong writing skills across channels, including print, websites and social medias in English and French
Good understanding of traditional, digital and emerging channels
PC literate : standard and web tools (CMS). Design / publishing software (InDesign, Photoshop) are an asset
Graphic design skills are an asset
Strong teamwork & project management skills.
Ability to multitask and take the lead on several projects simultaneously.
