HR Business Partner Fluent in English and French
For one of our clients, a prestigious bank located in Luxembourg City, we are currently looking for an HR Business Partner.
Status : contract in view of a permanent role (after an initial period of 6 months) to start ASAP.
Among a team of 5 people, you will work, in closed collaboration with the Senior HRBP on these following tasks :
Your responsibilities :
Provide HR guidance to Managers and Employees,
Support the recruitment process in link with the Line Managers : identification of needs, job requirements and definition of profile,
Ensure the development of talents and support the conduct change,
Collaborate in the training process in identifying the needs for team and individuals,
Managing the trainings for employees,
Helping in the HR strategies and transformation process initiated by the bank,
Ensure reporting and management administrative HR duties,
Analyze information to develop new solutions,
Ensure compliance with current and new labour law,
Collaborate in HR new projects
Your profile :
The ideal candidate should have an entrepreneurial mentality and fill in the requirements below :
You hold a degree in Human Resources or similar,
You have between 3 and 4 years of relevant experience in talent management and or in Training, in an international company,
You speak fluently English and French and Italian would be an asset,
You are solution-oriented, communicative , able to meet deadline and to cope with confidential documents,
You have excellent time management skills and are flexible to adapt to new change,
You have a deep understanding of the Luxembourgish employment law,
You have knowledge of the financial sector.
