Arendt Services offers a wide range of services, such as domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund services, directorship of companies, tax-compliance services and assistance in the winding-up of companies

Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting a dedicated :

Your role :

Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager and under the responsibility of the Finance Director, you will be in charge of the following :

  • Handling the needs for supplies and various materials, inventory management;
  • Ensuring and monitoring the good condition of the premises;
  • Dealing with the unexpected and impromptu requests that may be made;
  • Management of indoor and outdoor parking (visitor and supplier parking), elaboration of a monthly rotation list and daily management of the various requests;
  • Anticipating occasional material needs;
  • Maintaining and updating the space planning’ in collaboration with the managers of the other departments (organize the logistics for moving or adjusting workspaces for new arrivals, internal movements, etc.);
  • Organizing, if necessary, the intervention of external service providers ( installation of plexiglas);
  • Administrative and financial follow-up of the events (elaboration of estimates, negotiations, placing, receiving and controlling orders and follow-up on the invoices);
  • Developing and implementing procedures for managing the flow and inventory of materials (restocking, quarterly inventories) and supplies (office supplies, dishes, groceries, beverages) and ensuring the maintenance of materials;
  • Collaborating with different departments within the firm (common mission regarding the management of arrivals and departures of employees);
  • Handling various administrative tasks (moving, inventories, carrying loads, cleaning equipment, checkrooms, support on large events);
  • Replacing the courier in case of absence.
  • Your profile :

  • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience on a similar position;
  • You have good knowledge regarding logistics & security;
  • You are fluent in English and in French;
  • You are diligent, well-organized and work well under pressure;
  • You have good communication skills and can act proactively;
  • You are team-oriented work with confidentiality.
