About the Role :

For our (COMPANY NAME) HQ in Luxembourg, we are currently searching a motivated candidate to join our Sales and Business Development Team in a six-

month internship experience (September 2019).

You will actively contribute to their day-to-day activities in their role as main point of reference in the area of sales for all Business Units worldwide by providing guidance and cross-market expertise.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Generation of channel and customer insights for key geographies;
  • Contribution to projects related to category management;
  • Development of a Group Standard for defining variables and effective route-to-market-models;
  • Optimizing reporting tools which aim to improve the measurement of the performance of our field sales teams;
  • Price management and sales analysis transversally across geography and category;
  • Maintenance and optimization of a tool in order to facilitate the value chain data reading;
  • Development of channel P&Ls (SAP);
  • Support the team in their development of country fact books.
  • Who we are looking for : Profile

    Profile

  • Master Student or Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;
  • Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work under pressure within strict deadlines;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Enthusiasm and motivation to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
  • IT Skills

  • Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word);
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot table, v-look up);
  • First experience with SAP and / or Nieslen / Kantar / IRI is considered a plus.
  • Languages

  • English is mandatory;
  • Any other language is considered a plus.
