Being the deputy for the team leader and assisting him in any people management issues / stepping in in the team leader absence;
Oversight of delegated activities in line with group policies and regulation, ensuring that all operational tasks are completed in line with policies and procedures;
Preparation of tax reporting for tax authorities;
Manage key regulatory changes impacting the TA and Manco;
Support due diligence of internal groups and external delegates;
Completion of Operations Risk assessments;
Representing TA / Global Distribution Operations when dealing with other company's offices
5 years of TA Operations experience minimum, ideally supervising more junior colleagues;
Excellent understanding of the regulatory landscape in the funds industry;
English fluent; polish is an excellent asset;
Excellent communication and social skills;
Team player able to gain support and commitment of peers as well as internal and external service partners;
Accuracy and attention to details in all aspects of service delivery.
