The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) is a Luxembourg public institution and the financial supervisory authority in charge of the supervision of the Luxembourg financial sector.
As the national competent authority in charge of the supervision of payment institutions and electronic money institutions, the CSSF would like to reinforce its Payment Services Authorisation division of the Innovation, Payments, Market Infrastructures and Governance department and is recruiting a :
Head of Payment Services Authorisation Division (m / f)
Your role :
Management of the team under your direct supervision and coordination of all the tasks of Division 1 "Payment Services" including :
Process application files for payment institutions and electronic money institutions;
Process any official request or question addressed to the CSSF related to payment services;
Follow the developments and evolution in the field of regulation applicable to payment services;
Drafting of regulatory texts related to payment services;
Interaction with other CSSF departments, other national competent authorities and the
Participation in national / international working groups related to payment services;
Drafting of reports and analyses.
Your profile :
University degree (minimum BAC+4 / +5, Master equivalent) in law, economics, mathematics or in finance;
Proven professional experience in the fields mentioned under "Your role";
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and French; knowledge of German and / or Luxembourgish would be considered as an advantage;
Very good writing and communication skills;
Very good organisational and interpersonal skills;
Very good analytical and synthesis skills;
Flexible and proactive;
Ability to manage a team, as well as to work autonomously;
Availability for missions / meetings abroad.
