Context We are looking for an IT professional to join the corporate team within the IT and Operations division.
The Corporate IT team covers a broad range of services, applications, and service providers including the entire corporate IT infrastructure, Hardware and Mobile devices, office applications, enterprise content management, enterprise resource planning system, service management, website, unified communications, as well as the IT help desk.
The selected person will report to the Head of IT and Operations.
Key Accountabilities Ensure quality and timely delivery of Corporate IT activities under your responsibility to achieve internal client satisfaction, particularly related to vendor management Ensure production issues within Corporate IT are dealt with in a professional and timely manner, and that business impacts are properly assessed and communicated Manage outsourced service providers within your scope of activities and review progress of suppliers against KPIs and SLAs.
Work with the IT Strategy Officer to design and implement appropriate SLA metrics and enhance reporting, issue tracking, incident / change management etc.
Deliver on daily operation tasks for the Corporate IT team Ensure proper internal controls and adherence to ESM policies and procedures including the internal control documentation on processes and manuals for the team Ensure the team's compliance with audit requirements and that internal and external audit requests are handled in a timely and proper fashion Keep up-
to-date on technological changes and advances for the continuous improvement of Corporate IT operations.
Evaluate network, software, application and / or Hardware options that could be adopted by the organisation Identify shortcomings in business processes within your area that are not efficiently managed with current solutions / infrastructure and propose solutions / improvements to address them Coordinate service review meetings and act as the principal contact person for provider-
related escalations Communicate proactively with our user base with an aim to deliver an exceptional level of customer service Maintain and / or support the maintenance of all related records and documentation of the Corporate IT infrastructure Key Background & Experience University Degree, preferably with focus on IT From four to eight years relevant experience within an IT-
related area Experience incorporate systems, Cloud architectures, IT help desks, and vendor management, preferably for a financial institution, preferably an Ifi Good knowledge and / or track record in one or several of the following areas : project management, business analysis, process modelling, management of external service providers Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365 applications, ServiceNow and / or Oracle as well as corporate Hardware would be an asset Knowledge of IT security best practices would be an asset Understanding of financial operations and / or banking processes would be an asset Fluency in English required, additional languages would be an asset Key Competencies Service oriented with a continuous improvement approach Able to priorities issues and to plan effectively Able to communicate effectively at all levels Team player, especially in a fast-
