We Offer

In order to support its expansion, Credit Suisse Luxembourg's Credit Risk Management (CRM) department is looking for a Credit Support Specialist.

The CRM department is managing the credit risk for a fast growing loan book composed of Private Banking (Lombard and Mortgage Lending), Corporates and Financial Institutions (funds) counterparties.

The successful candidate will support the Credit Risk Management team.

Main contributions will cover

Credit risk management / Credit reporting :

  • Perform analysis of predominantly Lombard loan requests
  • Prepare credit documentation to be submitted to Relationship Managers
  • Prepare monthly / quarterly presentations for the Credit Committee, BoD, etc.
  • Support / take over some of the team's regular reporting duties towards management in Luxembourg and Switzerland (incl. ad hoc requests)
  • System update on collateral management (e.g. non-standard transactions, life insurance)
  • Regular review / update of legal documentation
  • Regular update of credit risk processes & documentation
  • Credit risk monitoring :

  • Ensure continuous and timely credit risk monitoring
  • Pro-active management of risks incl. timely identification of positions at risk, undertaking of appropriate measures and escalation to superior if required
  • Other :

  • Support the team in or lead specific CRM related projects such as new products or improvement / efficiency gains of processes
  • Support the team in all credit matters as a back-up
  • You Offer

  • Min 3 years’ experience in finance industry (ideally credit related role - Lombard lending, derivatives and corporate analysis knowhow is a plus)
  • Bachelor level in Finance or Economics (University, Business School)
  • Languages : fluent in English and in French or German
  • Experienced user of MS Office excellent skills in Excel and Powerpoint, open to new systems
  • Strong interest and understanding of financial products
  • Sound analytical skills, risk awareness and solution-oriented working method with good communication skills, attention to details is a must
  • Positive attitude, ability to work efficiently and effectively, strong commitment to deliver a high level of service
