  • A deputy to the department head, the chosen candidate will have a broad remit and significant professional growth and exposure opportunities;
  • Work and help grow the development of Corporate Secretary and Domiciliation Services Department as well as the related service offering for the private label fund business;
  • Manage a client portfolio with regards to all aspects of its corporate life;
  • Undertake company secretarial tasks such as coordination and attending of board meetings, preparation of agendas, board minutes and resolutions, drafting minutes / resolutions in relation to the main corporate events of a fund;
  • Proactively follow up on board actions and best practice requirements to improve effectiveness of board meetings and deliverables;
  • Ensure all company records and statutory registers / corporate files are properly maintained and updated on a timely basis in the relevant systems;
  • Maintain legal documents, and perform record-keeping tasks;
  • Liaise with banks for opening of bank accounts and support AML / KYC procedures for internal teams and local and foreign service providers (e.g. notaries, lawyers);
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and external service providers (i.e. accountants, regulators, lawyers, notaries, banks, local authorities, operational teams, etc.).
  • You Offer

  • Have you graduated in Economics, Law or Finance (minimum Bachelor)?;
  • Do you possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Luxembourg in a similar position?;
  • Do you have a deep understanding of Luxembourg fund industry and its actors and a good knowledge of the main Luxembourg laws and regulations?;
  • You are used to work autonomously and with tight deadlines;
  • You have an excellent command of the English language, specifically in written form (French / German would be an advantage);
  • You can describe yourself as well organized, rigorous and dynamic;
  • You pay attention to detail and love being accurate;
  • We would be happy if you were e able to show proactivity with strong written and spoken communication skills;
