Client Details

This bank provides all types of financial services and has a very solid international network thanks to successful asset management for private clients, globally.

Tasks :

You will identify, assess, and control the regulatory risk.

You will implement General Directives and new legislation.

You will review Business Introducers & Independent Asset Managers' relations.

You will monitor cross-border rules.

You will provide advisory, training, and control services.

You will implement the CMP.

You will review and approve of internal procedures.

You will do the oversight on Branches & Subsidiaries.

Requirements :

You have at least 5 years of experience in the Luxembourgish financial sector.

You have a very good level of understanding of the local banking sector (applicable norms and legislation).

You have great communication skills in both French and English.
