About the Role :
For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg , we are looking for a motivated intern for a six-month internship experience as part of our Marketing Team responsible for the Pills & Gums category (starting from September 2019) .
You will be involved in the team's daily activities and ongoing projects with a focus on the Area International including the Americas, the UK and Russia.
Main Responsibilities :
Supporting the day-by-day marketing activities (performance tracking, market and P&L analysis, project management, volume planning, etc.);
Contributing to research projects such as segmentation analysis, concept and product tests, volumetric estimations and communication development;
Preparing the building of business cases for innovation projects (i.e. new product launches) and geographic expansion of existing portfolio;
Assisting in building sell-out dashboards for all relevant international countries;
Interacting with Ferrero Business Units in oder to support the implementation of strategies as well as gathering local input and feedback.
Who we are looking for : Profile
Bachelor / Master Student or Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related fields;
First experience in a Marketing position in the sugar confectionary or FMCG sector;
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills and high professional standards for work quality;
Analytical mindset, result-orientation and capability of looking beyond data generating relevant conclusions;
Dynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations with strict deadlines;
Previous exposure to retail panels (Nielsen / IRI) and consumer panel (Kantar / GFK) is considered a plus.
Good skills in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word);
Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e. pivot table, v-look up).
Fluency in English is mandatory;
Any other language skills are considered a plus.
