Leverages market data, cost modeling to support the development of negotiation strategies. Supports contract negotiations.

Develops efficient channels for capturing effective market intelligence. Develops relationships with suppliers focused on total cost of ownership, advantaged supply chain, innovation and continuous process improvement.

Implement Cost Saving Intiatives linked to Stratgies in Region / Globally. Primary Responsibilities : Category Strategy : Executes sourcing strategies in alignment with overall category strategy.

Leverages market data, cost modeling to support the development of negotiation strategies. Supports contract negotiations.

Supplier Relationship Management : Develops relationships with suppliers focused on total cost of ownership, advantaged supply chain, innovation and continuous process improvement.

Organizational & Operational Excellence : Develops and nurtures internal cross-functional relationships. Develops efficient channels for capturing effective market intelligence.

Cross-Functional Collaboration / Stakeholder Management : Actively participates in Commercial Council and serves as a key driver for accomplishing Council goals.

Building Organizational Capability : Utilizes 7-Step Strategic Sourcing Process and Enhanced Sourcing Tools in day to day work.

Collaborates with peers and leaders within the Category team. Informal leadership to Procurement Specialists. To join our team you will need : -

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field - Languages : English is a must.

Any other language is an asset - Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or a related Operational function required Previous strategic sourcing experience required Experience in a related industry preferred -

IT, Soft Skills & others : Knowledge of core procurement processes and strategic sourcing concepts Strong financial / statistical analysis Organizational skills Strong Microsoft Access / Excel skills and / or other database programs Team player, strong written and verbal communication skills Influencing skills Ability to work in a very fast paced, multi-tasking environment >
