Job Description

As a member of the Luxembourg HR Team, you will become a trusted partner for our leadership team, helping them to achieve the firm’s ambitious development targets and make Wavestone a reference responsible employer for the consulting industry at the international level.

In a context of strong growth for Wavestone, you will participate in the development of the firm by providing your added value.

You will be responsible for implementing our HR strategy and supporting the talents who join Wavestone and their managers throughout their experience.

As a junior Human Resources Business Partner, you will also :

Ensure the smooth running of HR operations (payroll & benefits, on-boarding and exit processes, HR policies and procedures, etc).

Assist on HR reporting and communication activities.

Provide excellent assistance and support on HR policies and procedures to employees and managers.

Support the implementation of training & development activities.

Assist in the performance management processes (end of year evaluations, and management of the probationary periods).

Support the development of HR initiatives (CSR, process optimisation, salary benchmarking, etc).


  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR Management, Management, Business administration or similar and you are a young graduate or junior (0 to 2 years of experience) with a first HR experience.
  • You have developed a proven ability to adapt and organize in various environments

    You have good relational skills that allow you to listen and easily create relationships with all stakeholders

    You are results-oriented, dynamic, proactive and have a strong sense of teamwork

    You are fluent in English and French German / Luxembourgish would be an additional asset.
