Marketeer (CoE Marketing & Customer Interactions)

Temporary position : 1 year)

As a Marketeer, your mission is to promote towards our clients a differentiating customer experience for their financial needs in every important steps of their life.

We are looking for a smart Marketeer to take in charge the elaboration and implementation of the marketing communications strategy for some of our product activity.

Based on our commercial strategy as well as insights from analyzing the trends, the market, the competition, client’s needs, you will define the marketing approach help prospects and clients through their financial customer journey.

You will develop and run marketing campaigns to drive qualitative traffic and lead towards our direct & digital channels (Web & app).

Your main responsibilities are :

  • Developing a
  • Marketing plan

  • for the year based on the commercial strategy for our customers and prospects through Above the line and Below the line campaigns and actions;
  • Defining

  • objectives, target, budget, media mix, sales supports, timing, message, visual and call-to-action, evaluation needs for the campaigns you are responsible for;
  • Managing and optimizing the paid & owned media plan

  • SEA & programmatic advertising, content, emailing and bannering) in collaboration with the media team, our external provider and our internal colleagues (customer intelligence, Data science, UI / UX specialists );
  • You analyze the performance

    of all your actions (funnel analysis and dashboards, monitoring plan, etc.) and

    you test them continuously

  • in order to increase their efficiency;
  • Supporting our media team

  • on creating 360 product oriented campaigns (OOH, print, digital website editors, etc.) : business brief elaboration, media plan and creatives validation, content creation and / or validation ;
  • Copywriting and editing responsibility

  • to direct and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring a consistent tone of voice and a say it simple approach (sales & regulatory communication, brochures, advertising, customer journeys );
  • Being the Spoc as a
  • marketing specialist

  • for our external providers (advertising and creative agencies) and our internal stakeholders such as head of sales, tribes, both responsible for the value proposition and the P&L of their products in scope;
  • Keeping u-to-date regarding market and competitor’s developments.

  • You know the Luxembourgish media landscape (offline and online) and the specificities of the Luxembourgish market (multicultural environment);
  • You have the ability to communicate efficiently : briefings for external suppliers, presentations for internal stakeholders, marketing communications material for customers;
  • You have commercial awareness with proven budgeting and negotiation skills;
  • As a great team player, you are capable of working in a multicultural and multilingual environment;
  • A knowledge of financial products and the financial industry constitutes an advantage
  • In addition, you have :

  • A post-graduate, advanced or master’s degree in a marketing and communication or business related field, or min. 5 years of relevant professional experience in Marketing.
  • Language skills : fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Good command of German will be an advantage.
  • Excellent command of computer skills : Microsoft Office, Adobe Content Management, Content Management Systems, web editors and Photoshop tool is an advantage.
