Ideally this role would suit someone who has gained experience in SAP SuccessFactors especially either in Employee Central, or Performance and Goals, or Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
The opportunity As an SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant, you will leverage your experience completed with state of the art trainings, in order to support our clients in defining the appropriate roadmaps for their HR solutions and innovations journeys.
Your key responsibilities Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to :
Drive transformation projects around the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors;
Facilitate workshops to gather business needs;
Design and implement one or more modules;
Carry out the configuration of the solution;
Manage and lead the testing phase;
Facilitate change management from technical and organizational aspects;
Skills and attributes for success To qualify for the role you must have
3 / 5 years of working experience as an SAP SuccessFactors consultant or an HRIS specialist;
Experience in processes and configurations in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance and Goals, Recruiting / Onboarding modules.
Certifications are considered an asset;
Minimum 1 full life cycle implementation on SuccessFactors;
Expertise in process integration across modules;
Additional skills in design, planning and support of HRIS solutions.
Ideally, you’ll also have
Master Degree or equivalent certification in HR or Information Systems;
Have strong conceptual design and analytics capabilities;
The ability to work in a truly international team and to collaborate across levels;
Experiences in IT / HR solutions and the usage of HR processes;
Fluent language skills in English and French. Luxemburgish and / or German language skills are considered an asset.
