Senior Finance Analyst EU Infrastructure Finance and Real Estate
Amazon is seeking an ambitious and energetic Senior Finance Analyst to join the fast paced world of European Finance Operations in our EU headquarters.

In this role you will partner with EU Operations in support of Real Estate decisions, Design and Construction, EU Engineering Services and Capital Planning projects.
This role will have heavy impact and high visibility to essential, business-critical processes, and will require interactions with senior stakeholders within Operations and Finance.
You will create models, perform ROI analysis and be a driver in the decision making process. You will leverage your educational and applied work experience to lead initiatives to streamline planning / reporting, as well as identify investment and cost savings opportunities within the Fulfillment Center network.
Key Responsibilities :
Create financial analysis ROI and NPV models driving Real Estate, Construction and Engineering decisions across the EU Operations Fulfillment network.
Carry out and drive post-investment ROI calculations.
Collaborate with Operations to model and drive process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
Develop and publish key performance indicators and regular business metrics.
Work with WW Finance teams in order to standardize WW processes.
Identify issues and enhancements to processes and tools, and implement new solutions in based on Stakeholders’ needs.
Degree in Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, Operational Research or other quantitative area or other degree with equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in performing financial and adhoc analyses using advanced Excel.
Evidence of stretch assignments in previous roles and previous ROI modeling experience.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL, VBA, Oracle Financials and Cognos preferred.
Ability to thrive and grow quickly in a fast growing company.
