Your tasks

  • Answer phone calls and e-mails for internationals clients
  • Follow-up of Clients files
  • Be in charge of transaction like loans, credit, etc
  • Update Excel files related to each transaction
  • Support the team
  • Your profile

  • You are fluent in Portuguese and English. French is an asset
  • Degree in Finance or Economics
  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of SWIFT and Money Market Transfer
  • You are used to work in a team as well as independently and even under pressure you retain to your analytical skills.
  • Good knowledges of MS Office and AML / KYC
