LE POSTE : For one of our clients, an international company located in Leudelange, SOFITEX TALENT is currently looking for a CALL CENTER AGENT DUTCH-

ENGLISH-FRENCH-GERMAN (M / F) Your tasks : You will be responsible for handling call & back office activities (private & business customers), resolution, follow-

up on customer issues, cardholders’ services.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : Your profile : o Fluent in, Dutch, French, English .

German is an asset.

  • o Speaking Luxemburgish is considered a strong advantage - Helpdesk or call center experience is mandatory, financial experience considered as an asset;
  • Ability to use MS Office Pack, Internet, Outlook; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, service minded, active listening and result oriented;
  • Attention to detail; - Self-discipline, flexibility and proactivity are your strengths and allow you to adapt to your audience and the diverse issues that you need to address;
  • Strong ability in problem-solving and complaints handling; - Ability to work under pressure and stress with customers;
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • This is a CDD contract, with possible permanent contract afterwards.

    This role requires to work 5 days / 40 hours per week, shift based, during the call center opening hours (Monday to Friday / 7.

    00 AM 9.00 PM;) + one Saturday / a month
