Job Description & Summary

A career in our Cloud and Network Architecture practice, within Cloud Computing and Networking services, will provide you with the opportunity to focus on the joint business relationship between PwC and Google, HP, Microsoft, Oracle, SAP, and other cloud based platforms that bring new and innovative services to some of the largest companies.

We help our clients adopt the cloud to transform Information Technology, scale and streamline operations and create new cloud based businesses through our strong alliances.

You’ll be at the forefront of helping organisations around the globe adopt innovative technology solutions that optimise business processes or enable scalable technology.

Our team helps organisations transform their network architecture and infrastructure to fundamentally change the role of Information Technology from an custodial asset to an orchestrator of business services.

As part of the team, you’ll focus on the architecture of data centres, including the design and implementation of network architecture and information storage to optimise innovation and programme delivery for our clients.

Your mission

The PwC Advisory team develops, among other things, Cloud, IT infrastructure and networking solutions, using technologies such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, VMware, etc.

These technologies are crucial in helping client transformation to the Cloud.

The Cloud consultant will have to understand the technical environment and the functional requirements of the customer. This person will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, from answering RFP to delivery and reception of the clients solution.

The consultant will provide leadership on large and complex projects to the functional team, development team, and clients.

As a cloud consultant (m / f) , you will :

Define cloud powered strategies and cloud operating models and lead the next wave of enterprise-wide transformations

Develop and design roadmaps, implement strategies & transformation plans for clients to migrate to public or private cloud

Support the definition of cloud solution designs

Translate complex business problems into robust cloud solutions

Assess existing client environments and recommend solutions that enable a to-be cloud vision

Contribute to RFP & business case development

Manage end-to-end project delivery (design, build, test, transition, go-live)

Managing large groups of stakeholders

Develop customer relationships

Lead and contribute to the proposal development

Participate in sales activities

Your profile

You have an experience in one of the following domains :

Public, private or hybrid cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)

Datacenter and network modernization projects (Software-Defined Datacenters, Software-Defined Networks, etc.)

DevSecOps.

You hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field

You hold relevant Azure and / or AWS Certifications

You have proven experience managing large projects (leveraging Prince 2 or PMP methodologies) and leading presentations for different types of audience (top management, experts, etc.)

You have great communication and presentation skills

You have strong relationships skills

You have a good knowledge of cloud, IT infrastructure and networking trends

An experience in a consulting company is considered as an advantage.
