Support the Global Treasury Management in daily operations like : monitoring of currency markets, troubleshooting of pricing issues and producing statistical reports for Treasury and Market Group Management;
Analyze appropriate complex financial data, forecasts or scorecards and note trends which are driving results;
Work partly in financial related projects to support the improvement and streamlining of current processes and business units with increasing responsibility;
Prepare, review and deliver scheduled monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports;
Analyze company’s transactional and net investment exposures, prepare recommendations to Treasury Management;
Autonomously develop innovative approaches for current challenges and reporting solutions (e.g. add automations to programs / problems with tools such as Excel, Access or comparable).
Degree in business administration with specializing in finance and at least 2 years work experience related to Finance;
Alternatively, an equivalent commercial education with appropriate training and at least 2 years work experience related to Finance (e.
g. corporate treasury, banking, consultancy or corporate finance);
Basic understanding of the operational aspects and of the financial processes of Treasury and Cash Management and willingness to further develop the knowledge;
Demonstrate critical thinking, good analytical and quantitative problem solving skills, attention to detail in order to contribute to the Global Treasury Department;
Ability to analyze and respond appropriately in timely manner to sensitive matters, reach sound conclusions considering varying stakeholder interests;
Project work experience is appreciated;
Strong written and interpersonal English and German;
Strong working knowledge of Excel, Access, VBA is required - SQL is a plus;
Travel activity (approximately 5% of time).
