Project management support to the leadership for the development of the medical education programs
Contribute to and follow-up of the implementation activities and communication with the stakeholders from the health and academic area.
Take care of the development of curricula for medical education (bachelor and specialization, bachelor for light health care professional, university certificates of competence, educational events), including international collaborations
Liaising with stakeholders, drafting curricula, setting-up budgets, preparing accreditation applications in collaboration with national and international partners of the medical education programs.
Serving as contact person of the respective training programs
Networking with teachers, clinicians, researchers and other stakeholders in the academic and medical field

University studies in the domain of health care and / or science and practical experience in healthcare / science management, especially project management
Experience with curricula development and accreditation and managing a diverse base of stakeholders, ideally in the medical field, as well with working with Ministries or public authorities
Highly organized and a good coordinator, motivated and flexible. You are reliable, efficient and proactive in your work.
Excellent listening skills, strong writing skills.
Ability to adapt and effectively organize, prioritize and execute tasks in a highly dynamic environment. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
As a self-starter, working with minimum supervision, you will take ownership of your tasks and take pride in providing a high level of service.
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skill
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication skills as well as solid stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a research / academic environment as well as knowledge of the Luxembourgish environment for health and biomedicine would be a plus.
Fluent in spoken and written English, and excellent oral and written skills in French, as well as willingness to improve fluency in languages generally.
German and Luxembourgish are an advantage.
