About the job
As a recruiter, you will be working closely with yourown internal clients advising them on the best way to identify and attractcandidates.
You will then have to define the most appropriate sourcing strategyleveraging social media and traditional portals. You will then interact withthose prospects and try to engage them through a compelling HR interviewexperience.
As a team, we’re trying to be as data oriented as possible, so youwill have to track your activities through various ATS and internal tools.
Obviously you will be supported with an exceptionalexperienced coordinator every day.
First and foremost you will have to be team oriented.We are a cohesive team and we’re looking to work with someone willing to workwith us as well.
You obviously need to be open-minded and human in yourapproach with every stakeholders you’re working with. Being data oriented,organized, flexible, committed and communicative are a key to your success.
We will help you to increase your performance throughinternal and external training opportunities (negotiation, sourcing,assessment, Luxembourgish legislation, etc.)
You will evolve in being resistant to stress, alwayslooking to go the extra mile providing an exceptional user experience for bothyour internal stakeholders and candidates.
You will ideally have at least a Bachelor degree or equivalentcertification, in human resources, business management, psychology, etc.
You will ideally have 4 years of experience in arecruitment team, screening and interviewing candidates.
You may have already worked with Taleo or equivalentATS / CRM (Success Factor, Avature, SAP, Peoplesoft, etc.)
You are fluent in English. French and / or German wouldbe ideal as any additional language would be an asset.
In our recruitment process, you will be contactedfirst for an initial phone call to get to know you a bit more and discusssalary and packages.
Then you will be invited for some interviews either in ouroffice or via Skype. Eventually you will be informed of our decision.
