As Country Manager, you will contribute to the strategy of Movify and to its growth. You’ll be in charge of launching our office in Luxembourg.
Your main focus will be on the business development of our activities and on the management of your future consultants.
Your role is then not only limited to commercial development. You will play an important role in human resource management in your business unit, recruiting and advising the consultants who join your team, and helping them to grow along their professional development path.
Identify and develop new businesses
Build a business strategy to leverage market opportunities
Identify business targets
Prospect new customers
Understand the technical, business and human challenges of client projects
Shape the best answer (team, expertise, pricing) in the shortest time
Ensure bid management
Nourish relationship with existing contact
Negotiate and close deals
Recruit and select
Screen job boards to identify candidates aligned with the business strategy of Movify
Call, meet and evaluate candidates
Collaborate with the recruitment team to anticipate on future projects
Manage your Business Unit
Hire consultants and grow your Business Unit
Ensure people management and talent development
Follow-up your projects on a frequent basis
Monitor your P&L and build your own growth strategy

Skills And Qualifications
Must have a successful business development experience in a consulting environment
Perfect command of French and English
Must be highly motivated and self-driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a challenging environment and meet demanding targets
