Your responsibilities will include :
Reviewing product launch processes, identifying gaps and improvements and overall increasing our speed to launch new selection.
Ensuring launch and ramp up of all PB products and building insights on what constitutes to a successful product launch and rampup
Driving best practices on PB detail pages to improve conversion rate, to maximize sales and downstream value to Amazon.
Building and maintaining reporting to measure and optimize the product performance; working closely with Finance, Product Management and In-stock.
Partnering with other internal Amazon teams to ensure successful implementation of all marketing related tools, in a way that observes Private Brands business specifics.
Owning and taking action at all operational steps needed for the successful functioning of the tools identified (i.e. feedback, systematic updates, coordination, etc).
Separately, owning customer experience on one of our European Amazon websites, including content auditing and assisting with product launch related language-specific tasks (e.
g. review keywords, messaging, etc).

5+ years of digital marketing or digital product management experience, strong intuition for good customer experience and messaging
Strong analytical skills, demonstrated ability to leverage complex data, including customer research, to develop marketing strategies
Ability to collaborate successfully with internal teams and deliver results
Experience in using SQL
Strong communication skills and high standard of written English, and at least one other language : German, French, Italian or Spanish
Experience with automation tools to develop and execute onsite marketing campaigns
