As a Proposition Sales Specialist at Refinitiv, you will be a problem solver who loveschangeand innovation while controlling the big picture.

We are seeking a driven sales professional who is undaunted by failure, upbeat and an "outside of the box"problem solver.

This role will give you the opportunity to drive new sales across Luxembourg and Benelux by selling our Digital and Wealth Advisor Solutions to both existing and new clients.

Based in Luxembourg as part of the Investment, Advisory and Wealth Proposition Sales team, you will be responsible for pro-actively prospecting, qualifying and closing new sales opportunities.

Overview

You will be the subject matter expert to pre-sales and pursuit activities, you will act in of support Account Managers and Solution Sales focusing on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) for our Wealth Proposition with both existing and new customers.

You will lead on deals aligned to specific propositions and serve accounts within a defined territory. You will work in close partnership with internal partners to proactively drive gross sales and revenue.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for Wealth proposition across given Territory(Luxembourg and Benelux)
  • Provide insights and share Refinitiv thought leadership on Wealth propositionwith customers
  • Deliver customer demonstrations on Wealth propositions
  • Identify and generate sales to existing and new customers through the deployment of a consultative sales process
  • Grow Refinitiv’s Wealth market share
  • Strong ability to collaborate withinternal operational and account management teams
  • Act as an advocate for customer needs to the business
  • Collaborate with partners to further entrench / scale the wealth proposition
  • Promote insights relevant to customers’ workflow and act as a voice of the customer
  • Internally, encouraging back their experiences
  • Your skills and attributes;
  • Proven sales experience, with a consistent track record of selling wealth products and services into the financial services industry
  • A strong understanding of theWealth Management Industry including trends and competitor offerings
  • Asolutionsselling mentality with the ability to drive long term sales cycle deals with multiple partners
  • Understanding of technology trends Cloud, Big Dataetcand delivery mechanisms -FTP, API
  • Aself starterwho demonstrates the following characteristics Commitment, Curiosity, Courage and Confidence
  • Strong, communication skills with a 'flexible professional demeanor'
  • Comfortable presenting at all levels in an organization
  • Ability to get along with customers in a consultative, face-to-face selling environment in a way that builds value for the customer and facilitates opportunities for future sales
  • Ability to work optimally in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and rapidly growing product sales environment
  • Critical thinkingskills;proven track record to plan and execute sales strategies
