The EU Internal Operations Communications team is looking for an Internal Communications Project Manager who will work directly with our Operations and Human Resources partners to execute the internal communications and campaigns for Amazon’s growing Operations business.

Core Job Responsibilities :
Create, measure and coordinate distribution of timely and relevant communications;
Maintain an EU-wide editorial calendar with strategic and thoughtful stories that align with clear objectives;
Develop and execute inventive global messages and tactics that engage a diverse employee base;
Proactively build and maintain collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders;
Provide expert communications counsel to diverse groups within the organization; and
Work with other communication colleagues to ensure an integrated approach across communication platforms.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Communications or a related field.
5+ years of communications experience including agency or internal communications.
Excellent writing and editing skills, particularly in narrow time frames.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Experience developing creative, effective approaches to reach a mobile (non-desk) and diverse global audience.
A deep appreciation for simple solutions to complex problems.
Strong understanding of Salesforce and Pardot
High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
Strong leader with excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with and influence all levels across Amazon.
