CORPORATE SECRETARY - MANAGER (M / F)
DO Recruitment Advisors is recruiting a CoSec Manager to join a third-party management company in Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience within a similar role within the funds industry.
THE JOB :
Manage a varied portfolio of Luxembourg entities through the accurate preparation and issue of agendas, board papers and minutes for all board meetings.
Build and manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders of Funds
Follow up on any issues raised at Board Meetings coupled with regular interaction with clients in order to provide an update at the next meeting.
Reviewing and drafting documents and department procedures.
Acting as a channel of communication for directors, clients and other stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with the Articles of Association .
Reviewing developments in Corporate Governance and Company Law in order to advise and assist the directors with regard to their duties and responsibilities and compliance with their personal obligations under Company Law.
Undertake regulatory filings.
Acting as role model / mentor to the junior members of the Company Secretarial Team.
Other duties as required.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE :
Bachelor's degree in law, business studies, accounting, or similar training
Minimum 5 years' experience in Financial Services / Funds Industry
You have a sound knowledge of Luxembourg fund industry (laws and regulations)
Energetic, solutions based professional with ability to work in fast paced environment.
Self-motivated individual who is detail focused and has strong communication and organisational skills.
A team player who is willing to help and support your colleagues.
Creative and practical in your approach to work and capable of delivering the required solutions to our clients.
Excellent knowledge of English, both written and verbal, any other language is a strong asset (German, French).
Good command of Microsoft Office.
Flexible with their time.
