Our client, an Asset Managers at Luxembourg holds a dual license as a UCITS Management Company and AIFM and is supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier ( CSSF ).
As such, they manages UCITS as well as AIF pursuing Real Estate, Infrastructure and Senior Secured Loan strategies of corporate and contractual form.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our client as a Senior Accountant in Strategic Finance & Controlling department, supporting their growing team located in Luxembourg-Kirchberg.
In this role, you will take an active part in collaborating with various internal and externalstakeholders.Your Area of Responsibility : - Take over responsibility for the day-to-day book-keeping of financial and accounting transactions in - SAP of the management company - Preparation of month-end reporting and annual accounts according to Lux GAAP and IFRS - Acting as a resource for colleagues with less experience and take over coaching duities - Account receivables management including issuance of invoices, monitoring of cash inflows and - issuance of credit notes;
Account payables management including review of incoming invoices, reconciliation, monitoring of - creditor accounts and initiate local bank payments - Maintenance of the standard chart of accounts in Lux GAAP and IFRS within SAP etc.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant job experience - Profound expertise in Lux GAAP and Luxembourgish regulatory requirements - Open-minded team player, proactive and organized, capable of prioritizing workload - Flexibility, hands-on mentality, strong problem-solving skills.
English skills; German is an advantage...
