Want to be a part of our team?MAIN DUTIES / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES The Network / Security Engineer is proactive in identifying, investigating and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service to clients by managing incidents to resolution.

His / her primary objective is to ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions. Ensure that assigned IT Infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested and operational.

Perform necessary checks, apply monitoring tools and respond to alerts. Identify problems and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail.

Contribute to the various Network and Security projects for new and existing clients Produce breach and other reports to identify failures and short comings.

Focus on the second and third support line for incidents and changes. Proactively offer improvements of operations in order to better meet the SLA standards Working at NTT EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS Higher degree in IT or Computer Science.

At least 6-7 years’ experience in the field Knowledge or experience of IT Networks and Security : Installing, Configuration, Routing and Switching (Cisco solutions) Cisco security solutions : Cisco ASA or Firepower Knowledge on Checkpoint or Palo Alto firewalls Knowledge of Cloud systems (AWS, Azure) is also an asset Knowledge in any web security, mail security and load balancing / WAF are assets You demonstrate : learning and service orientation.

good planning and time management Languages : English is mandatory. French and German are an asset Any other certifications (CCNA Network, CCNA Security, CCNP) are considered an asset What will make you a good fit for the role?
