KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Summary Join a team of 2 Portfolio Managers (PM) who manages nearly one billion euros of assets as we expect strong growth over the next three years from our French speaking client base.

Portfolio management experience should be above 5 years (Advisory or Discretionary).

To manage the discretionary / advisory portfolios in line with Group policy and co-ordinate the requirements of Lombard Odier’s Luxembourg business with the capabilities of the Lombard Odier Group.

To contribute to the PM Europe investment process, particularly by being a member of the Fixed Income strategy team focussing on credit analysis.

1. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Construction Manage the discretionary / advisory portfolios of Luxembourg based clients.

Where clients have similar objectives, the performance outcomes should be matched.

Represent and articulate, the views and initiatives of the Group’s global investment teams, including tactical positions, trading ideas and key messages to clients.

Portfolio Implementation Work closely with bankers in the Luxembourg business to ensure that products and strategies are being implemented in portfolios that are for managed / advisory clients.

Build interaction between product teams across the Group to strengthen relationships with the client base and provide internal education on products to the Luxembourg based bankers.

Oversee client portfolios to ensure that clients and bankers are aware of portfolio developments of clientele.

Client Support / Relationship Report portfolio performance, market outlook to the clients.

Support private bankers in pitching for business.

Attend client meetings when requested in support of the PB in order to develop more detailed understanding of the client’s needs.

2. Management and Reporting Dual reporting to the head of PM in Luxembourg and to the head of the fixed income team 3. Control Participate in the drawing up of procedures as and when requested.

4. Risk Adhere to and understand risks to the Company and the client.

5. Counterparties and clients Develop and maintain relationships with peers in other organizations.

6. Communication Attend regular meetings or conference calls with other members of the Private Banking team as requested and as appropriate to review market strategy and exchange ideas and any other pertinent information.

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Local Office Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time : Financial Security requirements, including but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer.

Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all structured and unstructured training as required to attain and maintain competence (CPD and Statement of Professional Standing certificate).

SPECIAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS : Italian knowledge would be a plus PERSON SPECIFICATION KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Qualifications / Education Required ESSENTIAL Minimum BAC +4 DESIRABLE CFA Experience Required ESSENTIAL Extensive experience of private banking / wealth management sector Deep knowledge and expertise in fiscally efficient portfolio management DESIRABLE Exposure to foreign cultures Competencies required ESSENTIAL Clear communication abilities across diverse audiences Flexibility to be able to simultaneously work on various different pitches / proposals / reviews across different client groups Confidence to deal with client contacts at all levels Effective team-

player Skills & Knowledge Requirements ESSENTIAL Thorough product knowledge across all asset classes HG / HY credit management experience required (gained from within a previous PM or credit analyst role) Security selection / sector analysis / portfolio construction skills required Strong portfolio risk management skills i.e.

relative and absolute VaR / CVaR, TE, position sizing experience etc.

Be able to contribute to and clearly articulate fixed income investment views within our pan-European team Good awareness of clients and understanding to be demonstrated through sound business cases / presentations and support provided to the private bankers Sound understanding of product / market / credit risks pertaining to clients Good macro / strategy skills Good analytical skills Good IT literacy DESIRABLE Fluent in two languages, French and English, both verbally and in writing.
