Legal Counsel (F / M)
Your field of responsibility
As part of the General Counsel team you will focus primarily on depositary bank matters in Luxembourg and our branch in Ireland.
This includes the provision of legal advice during the onboarding phase of new investment fund projects, as well as with respect to legal questions during the lifecycle phase (provision of input on new business projects, legal risk assessments, contractual and regulatory advice, etc.
You will also be in charge of ensuring consistent and harmonized implementation of regulations and contractual documentation in our branch in Ireland.
Further, you will act as subject-matter specialist in outsourcing and data protection matters. You will be closely interacting with the front and depositary bank functions, as well as with control functions and General Counsel colleagues in other Credit Suisse locations.

The General Counsel department covers all Private Banking and depositary bank matters of Credit Suisse Luxembourg and its branches in multiple European jurisdictions (excluding HR matters and tax) and is composed of a team of very dynamic lawyers with a focus on legal risk management and strategic advice.
