Opportunities have arisen for individuals to assist with the delivery of a Migration Project. We are on the lookout for bright individuals who are motivated and want to deliver excellence within the Aztec Group to join our team to ensure smooth delivery of this group project.

This is an excellent development opportunity and will give great exposure to the Group. The Business Migration Team will consist of qualified / part qualified accountants from the client facing teams who have an excellent understanding of the business, as well as the configuration of eFront and its application to client requirements.

The Business Migration Team will work closely with the Business Lead and Technical Team gaining exposure to multiple clients in all jurisdictions.

Business Migration Specialist (F / M)Reports to Business Lead Key responsibilities : Play a key role in the migration and reconciliation of data from one system to another as well as play an active part in maintaining the core system offeringAttend planning and set up meetings to gain an understanding of client requirementsReview and update accounting entries prior to uploadMap General Ledgers and Transaction Types prior to uploadAnalyse historical accounting data and prepare calculation of investor allocation rulesPrepare and reconcile transactional data imports based on outputs from current systemLiaise with the Client Facing Team to discuss issues / questions that occur and plan a resolutionAssist with reconciliation and testing of Static DataReconciliation of Transactional DataAttend post migration meetings as well as contribute to the go live decision with the Project and Client Facing TeamHave a vested interest in the success of the migrations and ensures that benefits are being realised as part of the projectWork closely with the Business Lead and escalate any issues or concerns Skills, knowledge, expertise : Senior Accountant / Financial Reporting Manager who is part / full professionally qualified (ACCA or ACA)Sound technical financial services knowledge Good communicator orally and writtenAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood organisational and time management skillsAble to follow procedures and document findingsTravel may be required to other jurisdictions We will provide the training, both in house for relevant technical knowledge and also professional qualifications to enhance your professional development.
