Key Responsibilities

  • Perform oversight activities and act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) for offshore TA Business Implementations team responsible for delivery of new products for existing clients in Luxembourg and Dublin.
  • Act as a Project Manager / Business Analyst for new client onboardings with a limited level of direct supervision.

  • Develop an understanding of Citi’s EMEA Transfer Agency strategy and Operating Model, in order to ensure that the project is delivered in line with our operating processes and service offering.
  • Identify gaps / risks within current model and work on process improvements.

  • Liaise with Citi Clients to effectively deliver the project in line with Client requirements.
  • Work with Global Change teams in EMEA and APAC to provide support / knowledge and roll out standardised model. Liaise with internal and external technology partners to create an operating environment ready for go live.
  • Ensure creation of project plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project RAID log. Communicate effectively within the Transfer Agency programme of activity in order to align activities and ensure timely escalation of issues.
  • Coordinate, track and validate the effective transfer of knowledge. Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and / or other team members.
  • Be involved in coaching and training of new recruits

    Criteria / Qualifications

    Knowledge / Experience :

  • Relevant experience, ideally in Transfer Agency Change / Implementations
  • Experience in a Project Management / Business Analyst role
  • Involvement in Fund launches / conversions / mergers / liquidations is beneficial
  • Skills :

  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Proficient knowledge of one or more market standard Transfer Agency platforms is beneficial
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s / University degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferable : Formal project management training / qualification.
  • Exceptional candidates who do not meet these criteria may be considered for the role provided they have the necessary skills and experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills particularly in dealing with Clients, internal stakeholders and offshore vendors
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.
