Your role :

As part of the Billing Data Quality Centralised team within the Finance and Accounting department, your main mission will be to maintain a high level of data quality and integrity regarding the billing of our 3 entities : Arendt & Medernach, Arendt Regulatory and Consulting and Arendt Business Advisory.

In this context, you role will be to :

  • Control the accounting and fiscal compliance of the invoices and credit notes prepared by the business teams, then validate them in our ERP system;
  • Send the invoices to the clients after the daily control process;
  • Take part in the processing of the reversal of timecards, expenses and charges;
  • Validate the files openings and closings in the ERP system ;
  • Deal with questions and tasks given by the members of the Business teams via our ticketing system and by phone, and identify potential training needs;
  • Actively participate to the users’ awareness regarding data quality and promote the good practices in relation to this topic;
  • Control the data on basis of different analysis (monthly follow-up of the credit notes, of the Bills On Account );
  • Contribute to the analysis of the quality issues and be proactive regarding the solutions to implement (organization, processes, applications );
  • Measuring quality indicators and communicate the results regularly.
  • Your profile :

  • Graduate Bac+2 or equivalent, with a first experience in a billing service;
  • You have a good sense of analysis and real data processing skills;
  • You ideally have a good knowledge of the clients and billing processes in law firms;
  • You like working in a team and possess good communication skills;
  • You master written and spoken English and French fluently.
