We are looking for a REGULATORY MARKETING CONTROL SPECIALIST to manage the Distribution-related regulatory relationships, the corresponding regulatory oversight, the assurance of regulatory compliance of Marketing Material as well as being a key contributor to any relevant projects of Product Office ( PO ).

About this opportunity

You’ll join Product Office, where we inter alia act as a control function as regards all marketing material produced and dispateched.

What you’ll be doing :

  • You ll be in charge of the monitoring of local regulatory developments concerning Marketing Material across our distribution countries
  • You ll be responsible for reviewing, assessing and ensuring compliance of related documentation produced by the Institutional and Wholesale Distribution Team ( I&WD ) with said requirements on a cross-border basis
  • You ll also be involved in regulatory assessments affecting the cross-border fund distribution

    Your profile and background :

  • University degree, in Law, Finance and / or Economics
  • First experience in asset management products and / or related regulation is preferred
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of any other European language is considered an asset
  • Flexibility, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Business- and solution / pragmatic-orientation
  • Ability to work autonomously, to prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgement
  • Professional ethics in client as well as internal relations
