For one of our clients, an international bank located in Luxembourg-Kirchberg, Sofitex Talent is currently looking for a :
HR & Payroll Officer Portuguese / English(H / F)
Prepare the Salary Instructions to be sent to the fiduciary,
Control and review the salary slips before the payment of wages,
Preparation of monthly salary reports for Internal Departments, Head Office, CSSF, ACD,
Communicate with employees for payroll / related questions,
Processing of social security and income tax payments,
Recruitment : opening of the positions, assists in the job interviews process etc.),
Management of personnel administration tasks (entry declarations, employment contracts and addendums, follow-up of employee’s files, etc.),
Ensures daily management of the HR email box,
Follow-up on new legislations and new collective bargaining agreement,
Creation and Management of accounts and access to the time management system,
Brings support in the day-to-day individual / collective resource management and personal related matters,
Ensures employee’s training requests are collected, analyzed and followed up,
Preparation of the co-finance training report,
Creation and follow up on internal HR databases,
Setting up expatriation process (visa requests, medical controls, accommodation),
Support the Head of HR on the review of HR policies, procedures and projects.
Good knowledge of labor law
Sense of responsibility, organization, rigor and precision,
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
