Finance Department : Legal Entity Financial Controller - Junior

Anopportunity has arisen in JPMorgan Asset Management Europe (Sarl) (JPMAME)Finance department to support the Legal Entity Control team (LEC team) and theTransfer Pricing (TP) team.

The candidate will have the followingresponsibilities :

Preparation of the monthly calculation for Transfer Pricing (Process aiming at remunerating at arm’s length internal entities for services provided)

Provide support with the journal entries and with the management of payments

Preparation of the monthly reconciliation of receivable / payable accounts

Preparation of the monthly Transfer Pricing Controls

Provide back-up and support on the Transfer Pricing & LEC agenda

Preparation of the monthly revenue consolidation for the Management Company

Corporate and Regulatory reporting in line with regulatory requirements and Corporate Policies (CSSF, FCA, FR2314, Reg W, FFIEC009 Reporting ...)

JPMorgan Asset Management Switzerland Accounting / Support

Provide assistance on the review and supervision of the User Developed tools

Potential improvement / cover in the cash reconciliation file

Technology support to streamline processes

GLRS new template development

Ensure all procedures are up to date and reviewed annually

Any other tasks assigned in the interest of the team.

The candidate will have to coordinate his / her actions with othermembers of the team to ensure cohesion and efficiency of actions.

And inparticular, will have to :

Understand the business model and the flows in order to challenge the information provided by various parties and maintain updated permanent files

Provide in depth analysis on specific processes

Work in close cooperation with the Finance teams in the UK, in the US, in Asia and in the Branches / Subsidiary of the Management Company located in Continental Europe.

Ensure perfect coordination between Finance and other partners in the Management Company (JPMAME Sàrl).

Qualifications and experience

Economics and Financial Education. Any previous experience in the funds business is welcomed but not mandatory.

Great analytical skills

Strong technical knowledge will be considered as an advantage

Good control Mindset

Strong organizational skills including good judgment abilities

Dedicated to success with emphasis on teamwork

Excellent oral and written English
