A legal officer with an experience of at least 5 years in the private equity sector / corporate service providers - Full time or part time : The main tasks will be : preparation of the basic legal documentations for the Private / Equity transactions;
preparation of the legal documentation for the approval of annual accounts ; Liaise with third parties for incorporation / liquidation of companies;
Follow up signature of documentation and filing documentation in the system and in the files ; Attending and drafting BOD minutes of the companies and maintain in order list of BoM ;
Liaise with London office; Liaise with third parties advisors (lawyer, notary / banks); KYC / opening bank account + AML and compliance procedures;
Preparation of bank transfers; RCS filling and maintain up to date the registers of the Companies. The candidate needs to be fluent in French and English (Oral and writing) and has a good understanding of transactions by being autonomous, proactive and a team player.
She / he should have good excel and word skills and willing to work in a small structure.
