operational excellence initiative, career start & people development programs) Leading cross-functional task forces across the legal entity and branches Driving the management rhythm in order to support Authorized Management decision making and its steering of the overall legal entity and branch governance Acting as gatekeeper for any issues to be raised to the governance bodies of the bank and ensuring alignment between Senior Management, Front and Enabling Functions as well as Group / Divisional partners Being responsible for the senior management communication strategy and assisting the CEO / COO / CFO in their communications, actively bringing the whole organization through the transformation exercise via targeted measures (e.

g., town halls) Fulfilling the role of Secretary of the Board of Directors; representing the key interface between the bank and the internal and external Board of Director members on all matters Line Manager responsibility and a platform for a variety of follow-on career opportunities An attractive compensation package, including social benefits You offer University degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar 7+ years working experience in the Financial Services industry, ideally with exposure to Private Banking and Investment Funds in an international environment Outstanding communication, analytical, conceptual and presentation skills, including the ability to manage senior partners effectively Capacity to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment Pro-active and solution oriented, hardworking and able to prioritize effectively Excellent oral and written command of English, French or German would be a considerable asset Shown experience in leading and motivating high performing teams Excellent interpersonal skills Understanding of Business Management, ability to provide mentorship on business strategies and ownership in their implementation Credit Suisse is an equal opportunity employer.
